เคยไปทานที่เมืองนอกคับ เป็นอาหารราคาไม่แพงมาก (เทียบกับกินอาหารร้านเต็มๆ) เวลาไปเที่ยวฮ่องกงหรือเมกา แต่ผมว่าที่ไทยที่ราคาออกแนวค่อนข้างแพงไปแฮะเมื่อเทียบกับขนาด - -"

ลองสั่งข้าวหน้าเทมปุระไก่ เพราะไม่เคยเห็นที่ฮ่องกงอะครับ ออกมาปรากฏว่าเย็นชืดมากเลย เหมือนทอดทิ้งไว้แล้วหยิบวางบนข้าวเฉยๆ อะ - -'


สั่งแบบเซ็ตไป ได้เครื่องดื่มและซุปด้วย เค้ามีซุปให้เลือก 3 อย่างมั้งคับถ้าจำไม่ผิด มีซุปเต้าเจี้ยว (มิโสะ) สาหร่ายแห้ง (โนริ) สาหร่ายเขียว (วากาเมะ)

สั่งวากาเมะไปคับ ผมว่าใช้ได้

ร้านข้าวหน้าแบบญี่ปุ่น ที่ผมว่าข้าวหน้าเทมปุระ (เทนด้ง) น่าจะอร่อยทอปๆ ของในไทยแล้วคับ รสชาิติใกล้เคียงที่เคยไปทานที่ญี่ปุ่นดี และข้าวหน้าเทมปุระก็ยังมีหลายประเภทด้วย ทั้งแบบกุ้งพิเศษ(เอบิ เทนด้ง) แบบใส่ปลาไหลอะนาโกะ (อะนาโกะ เทนด้ง) หรือแบบธรรมดาผสมผัก แต่รู้สึกสาขาที่ธนิยะจะไม่มีพวกเทมปุระนะคับ จะมีแต่ข้าวหน้าเนื้อ+หมู


ราคา ร้านนี้ก็เรียกได้ว่าไม่แพงมากคับ สำหรับรสชาิติที่ใกล้เคียงญี่ปุ่นทีเดียว ราคาประมาณร้อยกว่าถึง 200 กว่า สำหรับพวกข้าวหน้าแบบพิเศษๆ

ข้อเสีย น่าจะเป็นตัวร้าน ที่เป็นรูปแบบบาร์ นั่งหันหน้าเข้าหาบาร์ให้คนเสิร์ฟเดินเสิร์ฟ ถ้ามาหลายคนกะมานั่งคุยกันคงไม่สะดวกเท่าไหร่

แต่ถ้ามาคนเดียวเพื่อโซ้ยๆ แล้วก็ไป ก็เหมาะดี - -'


ข้าวหน้าเทมปุระเพิ่มกุ้ง (เอบิเทนด้ง) มาเสิร์ฟปิดฝาแบบนี้ น่ากินมาก

ผมว่ารสชาติร้านนี้ใช้ได้ แต่ติดที่ราคาแพงมากไปหน่อยครับ กินสองคนหมดไปพันหกได้ - -'
และบรรยากาศก็ธรรมดาไป ไม่ได้หรูหรามากมายถ้าเทียบกับราคาคับ แต่ดีตรงที่เหมือนกินร้านอาหารที่ญี่ปุ่นเลย คนญี่ปุ่นกินกันเยอะได้ยินภาษาญี่ปุ่นเต็มเลยคับ

บริการก็ไม่ค่อยดีนะ รสชาติธรรมดาไปถ้าเทียบกับราคาที่ค่อนข้างแพงคับ

ผมว่าร้านคำพูนนี่ใช้ได้ทีเดียว ทั้งการบริการ บรรยากาศ รสชาติ เสียแต่ราคาแพงไปนิดคับสำหรับ
ร้านส้มตำ แต่ก็เป็นร้านที่ชอบมาบ่อยๆ ถ้าจะกินส้มตำกับที่บ้าน หรือพาแขกต่างชาติมาเลี้ยง เพราะว่า
บรรยากาศและการบริการดีครับ

ได้คูปองลดราคามาเลยมาลองครับ ห้องคาราโอเกะบวกอาหาร อาหารที่นี่รสชาติดีมาก เป็นแนว
อาหารไทยที่แปลกๆ ไม่เหมือนร้านอื่นนิดนึง เช่น กุ้งเมืองลับแล ส้มตำยอดมะพร้าวหมูกรอบ อาหาร
ส่วนมากอร่อยประทับใจดีคับ ราคาก็อยู่ที่ประมาณจานลt100 กว่าถึง 300คับ (300 จะเป็นพวกปลา
เป็นตัวๆ ซะมาก)
อาหารที่เค้าแนะนำในเมนู เท่าที่สั่งมาก็อร่อยทุกอย่างเลยนะคับ


แต่ส่วนห้องคาราโอเกะ ระบบผมว่ามันยังไม่ค่อยถูกใจเท่าไหร่ ไม่มีรีโมทใช้เลือกเพลง ต้องไปกดจอ
สัมผัสเอา และไมค์ก็เสียงเบา และบางทีหอนไปหน่อย เลยขอหักคะแนนบรรยากาศลง 1 ดาวคับ


ส่วนบรรยากาศในส่วนร้านอาหารนอกห้องคาราโอเกะ ผมว่าสวยดูดีเลยทีเดียว ออกแนวทางเหนือๆ
หน่อย แล้วก็มีวงดนตรีเล่นด้วย (แต่ไม่ได้ฟังเลย นั่งร้องเกะในห้องอย่างเดียว - -')


สรุปคือ ประทับใจอาหาร ส่วนห้องเกะยังเฉยๆ แต่ก็ไม่ถึงขั้นแย่ เรียกว่ากลางๆคับ


การเดินทาง ถ้าเข้าห้าง Esplanade ร้านจะอยู่หลังห้างเลยคับ เดินออกประตูหลังห้างก็เจอเลย
หรือถ้าขับรถ จะมีซอยที่อยู่ก่อนตัวถึง Esplanade คับ มีป้ายอยู่เลี้ยวเข้าไปเลย มีลานจอดรถกว้างดี


บรรยากาศในร้านในส่วนที่เป็นร้านอาหาร ดูดีทีเดียว

เป็นร้านขายบะหมี่ประเภทจัมปงจากญี่ปุ่น ที่เค้าว่าเป็นที่แรกในไทย

แต่ประเด็นคือ จัมปงคืออะไร - -"

ร้านนี้ค่อนข้างมีปัญหาเรื่อง information ครับ เช่นหลายๆ อย่างบอกว่าเป็นของใหม่ แต่ info ที่ให้
คนมาทานมันไม่ค่อยพอ หรืออีกอย่างคือ บะหมี่เค้ามีไซส์ s กับ M ให้เลือก แต่พอถามว่า s กับ m มัน
ใหญ่แค่ไหน เค้าตอบกลับมาว่า s คือ 100 กรัม m คือ 200 กรัม แล้วจะรู้เหรอว่า 100 กรัมหนะมันแค่
ไหน - -"
แถมเค้าใส่ชามไซส์เดียวกันอีกคับ เลยไม่สามารถดูด้วยตาแล้วบอกได้ว่า s กับ m ต่างขนาดไหน


หลักๆ ผมว่ารสชาติใช้ได้นะคับ พวกบะหมี่จัมปง (ตกลงคืออะไรนะ - -") เส้นมันเหนียวๆ ดี แล้วก็ผัก
เยอะ โดยเฉพาะหมี่ที่เป็นหมี่กรอบราดหน้า ผมว่าอร่อยสุดครับ ส่วนที่ผิดหวังสุดคือเกี้ยวซ่า มันนิ่มไป
หน่อยคับ


บรรยากาศในร้าน ผมว่าสบายๆ แนวคาเฟ่ญี่ปุ่นดี

อันนี้เป็นแนวโกยซีหมีี่ครับ อร่อยสุดแล้วแนะนำ แต่อาจจะไม่ถูกใจคนที่ชอบรสชาติจัดจ้านเพราะออกแนวรสอ่อนไปหน่อย

ร้านนี้ อาหารอร่อยหลายอย่างครับ แต่มีทีเด็ดที่เครปเค็กครับ ใครอยู่ใกล้ๆต้องแวะไปชิมให้ได้นะครับ

ร้านนี้ต้องเมนูนี้เลยคับ highly recommended มากๆ
